With his striped tail and bright yellow eyes, Lionel the Lemur is a firm favourite in the menagerie. Although there are many species of lemur, the ring-tailed lemur is possibly the most recognisable whether you have seen one in their natural habitat or at the zoo. Did you now that ring-tailed lemurs flirt with their tails, and they have unique teeth that they use to groom themselves and other members of their 'troop'.

YOU WILL NEED: To complete one of TOFT’s large animal crochet patterns you will need a few added extras, including an 5mm crochet hook, toy stuffing, yarn for facial features and a wool needle. Go to our recommended section below to get direct links to these products.

MEASUREMENTS: When finished and in the sitting position your large animal will be approximately 24cm tall.
Excluding ears or horns.

SKILL LEVEL 3: This kit is suitable for those with crochet experience.
